Pre-Move Preparation / Post-Move Refresh

• Complete Floor Clearance: All items are safely removed from the garage floor area and staged on the driveway or designated area to allow full access for cleaning. (Performed only when conditions ensure technician and property safety.)

• Surface Cleaning: Sweep, dust, and detail all interior surfaces — including walls, baseboards, and corners — followed by a full mop and deodorizing treatment.

• Cabinet & Storage Refresh: Wipe down, disinfect, and organize built-in cabinets, shelving, and closets to restore a clean, neutral appearance for incoming residents or showings.

• Final Garage Presentation: Return any remaining or approved items neatly into the garage, arranged by category (e.g., tools with tools, garden items with garden items) to maximize visual appeal and functional flow.
